What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹1,499; a flat ₹59 below that. We dispatch in 1 business day and the courier takes 2-4 business days to metro addresses, 4-7 business days elsewhere in India.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal.
What does 1/3 cut mean?
How the tab is divided across the top of the folder. A 1/3 cut gives three tab positions that repeat across a drawer so labels do not sit behind one another; a straight cut runs the full width. Every listing states the cut, because mixing cuts in one drawer is what makes filing unreadable.
Will these fit my filing cabinet?
Hanging files need the rail spacing on the listing to match your drawer, and folder size must match the standard the cabinet was built for. Measure the inside rail-to-rail distance before ordering; letter and foolscap are close enough to look interchangeable and are not.
Can I return something that did not suit me?
Within 10 days of delivery, yes — provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. A pack with the wrap opened counts as used, even if the folders are untouched.
Is there a warranty?
No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty offered through this shop, and we will not claim one. What is covered is an item that arrives damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or short of its listed contents: send the unboxing video within 48 hours and we replace or refund.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment the courier scans the parcel. If it stops moving for two working days, write to us and we will chase the hub.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Casavio Studio is online-only; the address on our invoices is a registered office and packing room, not a counter, so there is nothing to visit or collect from.
