Questions, answered
What type of pen should I use on the Write 'n' Erase File Folders?
For optimal results, it is recommended to use any standard ballpoint pen on the tabs of your Write 'n' Erase File Folders. This ensures that the ink can be easily erased without leaving residue or ghosting, maintaining the clean, reusable nature of the tabs. Avoid gel pens, permanent markers, or other non-ballpoint inks as they may not erase completely.
How do I erase the writing from the tabs?
To erase writing from the tabs, simply use a standard pencil eraser. Gently rub the eraser over the ballpoint pen ink on the tab, and it should lift cleanly. For tougher marks or if you've used a pen with slightly different ink properties, a dedicated ink eraser can also be very effective. Always ensure the tab is dry before writing or erasing.
Are these folders suitable for heavy-duty use?
Yes, the Write 'n' Erase File Folders are made from durable stock designed to withstand regular use in various environments, including busy offices, schools, and homes. While they are robust, continuous heavy-duty handling or overstuffing should be avoided to prolong their lifespan and keep your documents organized effectively. Their sturdy construction ensures they can handle a significant volume of paperwork.Reusable Write 'n' Erase tabs for effortless updatesVibrant assorted colors for easy color-codingLetter size to fit standard documents and filing systems30-pack offers ample folders for comprehensive organizationDurable construction ensures long-lasting useMade in the USA, assuring quality manufacturing1/3-cut tabs in assorted positions for clear visibility For additional background, review the external reference about Write 'n' Erase File Folders.
